ChipScope Pro Analyzer（逻辑分析仪）
对于XC6SLX150T-3FGG676 ,ROCE进行2.5Gbps 的MGT传输测试，通过ISE 12（包括以下版本）的逻辑分析仪进行数据误码测试。现已有50多套应用于IC验证，通信系统编解码验证，软件无线电测试等高端科研领域。
EDK Debug TEST （EDK运行测试）
对于EDK 12（包括以下版本）,ROCE在线Debug XC6VLX240T-1FFG1156 、XC5VLX50T-1FF1136主芯片的microblaze软核，以及配置测试。
Hardware Test （硬件可靠性测试）
对于可靠性能，以及电路保护。ROCE对于Spartan-3 FPGA、XC9500 CPLD系列进行上百次的带电热插拔测试，电缆不禁可以自适应不同的下载配置电压，而且没有发生过主芯片或者电缆的电路烧毁问题。
