Job Title:  Commercial Heating Business Development Manager

 

Department: Commercial Sales

 

 

Purpose of Position

Be responsible for develop the commercial heating business market in China. To introduce the products to customers, distributors and designers. Set up the sales channel and manager distributor. Work with ASM to achieve sales target.

 

Responsibility

 

-Products Promotion:

         Be responsible for Specification work will involve any combination of consulting engineering, Rep management, and a targeted approach to key accounts in the Commercial Construction marketplace 

Be expected to manage the Heating and Wiring Rep network that is currently in place.  Heating and Wiring sales will generally be directed to specification work, direct sales involvement, and coordination through the Manufacturer Rep. 

Be responsible for taking the lead in identifying Heating and Wiring opportunities, targeting key engineering firms, leading the strategy of capturing the order, assisting in the preparation of the proposal, presenting the proposal to the client, and following up with the client until procurement of the purchase order. 

 

-Distributor Management:

Be responsible for setting up, developing and managing distributors to

expand sales channels.

Be responsible for the training of technical application, selling skills

and company policy to distributors

-Project Sales:

 Will need to monitor the progress of the Heating and Wiring projects and insure customer satisfaction during the project and after project completion. 

Explore developing a Services business for Heating and Wiring.  Commercial Services is an involved process often

1) Involving the coordination within different business entity’s and

2) Necessitating corporate capital approval and design approvals from varying end-user management personnel.

Be responsible for A/R tracing and follow up

 

Requirement:

Education:

Bachelor degree or above, Majored in Electric Engineering or Business (Sales)

Experience:

At least 7-10 years Sales experiences in International company, preferred in commercial sales. And have a good relationship with the Design Institutes, and experience with Electrical Distribution Business (Siemem, GE, and Philips ext.).

Skill

- The ideal candidate’s background will include a complete understanding of product presentations to engineering firms to differentiate between electrical heat tracing products

- Necessary to effectively interact with end-user / developer / building manager / engineering management /and plumbing and electrical contractors

- Fluent in English; speaking, writing and reading.

- Office software is essential.

- Presentation Skill

Organization:
