Job Description:
Set up a Database of electro-mechanical components suppliers for APC in China
Deal with the suppliers on: technical exchange, sampling, price negotiation, production, delivery time, trouble-shooting, customer complaints etc.
Coordinate with European units for technical information exchange and/or Chinese suppliers as well as provide technical advices
Control suppliers’ performance on delivery and service level
Carry out quality control independently; in some cases organize quality control with support from technical team
Help APC China and European units to reduce the purchase cost
Profile:
Minimum Bachelor degree in electrical engineering or related discipline with strong technical background
Minimum 3 years’ working experience in the field of electrical component Purchasing Industry
Good knowledge of purchase procedure
Good command of negotiation and communication skills both in English and Chinese with outgoing personality
Rich experience in cost and material controlling
ERP knowledge would be an advantage
