五、展览会介绍：
此展览会在俄罗斯的“石油之城“—-鞑靼共和国首府喀山举办，已经连续成功举办了21届，是俄罗斯远东地区最大最有影响力的石油，天然气设备贸易展览会之一。此展览会得到了俄罗斯最大的国有石油公司之一的鞑靼石油公司(Tatneft)的官方支持及参与，参展企业效果非常好。鞑靼共和国拥有俄罗斯很大储量的石油和天然气资源。每年的石油及天然气产量巨大。而且每年都有新的油气资源勘探发现，鞑靼石油公司和政府也是积极引入国际合作伙伴，开发当地油气田资源，从而对石油机械及管道的需求量巨大，也是石油机械出口到俄罗斯的最终用户。中国的石油机械企业有很大比重的产品出口到俄罗斯后都最终用在鞑靼共和国的油田上。此展会正是中国石油机械企业能真正在最终用户和采购商面前展示产品并成交贸易的机会。

鞑靼共和国油气简介（喀山）：TATARSTAN OIL, GAS AND PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRY
鞑靼斯坦共和国最丰富的资源是石油。伏尔加——乌拉尔油气带的一部分位于鞑靼斯坦共和国境内，众多的石油矿都在这个地方，如罗马诗基斯克矿、诺沃——叶尔霍夫斯克矿、五一矿和邦杜斯克矿。
鞑靼斯坦共和国自石油开采之日起至今已开采了约26亿吨石油。其石油绝大部分分散在中小矿区，这些矿的开采期限为30～40年。因此，据有关资料统计，可供开采油量达8亿～9亿吨，年均开采量为3500万吨。
在鞑靼斯坦共和国矿产区，每吨石油就会伴生40立方米的天然气。已勘测出的沥青储藏量为100～150亿吨，在靠近阿尔梅季耶夫斯克市建立了沥青厂。
鞑靼斯坦共和国属伏尔加河流域经济区成员。它是一个工业和农业经济生产大规模机械化都很发达的共和国。在石油开采业、合成橡胶业、各种有机合成物生产业、重型装缷机械和柴油发动机制造业等领域均实现了专业化生产。
我司从2015年才正式将此展引入中国，根据我们多年组团参加俄罗斯首都莫斯科石油展的经验。我们发现，有很多国内做石油机械的企业（石油钻机、油田用泵、压缩机，管道、阀门、抽油机等等），在随团参加完俄罗斯展后都延期回国，并要求我们协助他们买前往远东地区的机票、火车票或者酒店等，他们都前往远东拜访客户。而且根据以往我们与展商的沟通发现，中国的石油机械大部分都是用在俄罗斯远东地区的油田上，其中鞑靼共和国油田有很大的使用量，而且因为俄罗斯幅员太辽阔。所以所有俄罗斯远东油田地区的采购商和最终用户基本上都不会前往莫斯科参加莫斯科举办的石油展，因此国内很多石油机械企业特意要我们组团参加俄罗斯远东地区的专业石油展。应国内企业需求，所以我们2015年将重点组团前往鞑靼共和国（喀山）参加专业的石油机械展。把中国的石油机械生产企业带到俄罗斯远东的大油田上去，在俄罗斯的石油机械最终用户家门口展示中国的石油机械产品，显示中国企业的实力。

油开采量减少了200万～300万吨，年均开采量为3500万吨。
在鞑靼斯坦共和国矿产区，每吨石油就会伴生40立方米的天然气。已勘测出的沥青储藏量为100～
150亿吨，在靠近阿尔梅季耶夫斯克市建立了沥青厂。
除此之外，鞑靼斯坦共和国还蕴藏有褐煤层、可燃烧的页岩以及石灰岩、白云石、建筑用砂、石膏和粘
土等。共和国境内分布有800个泥炭田，总面积达3.5万多公顷。伊热夫斯克矿泉也远近闻名。
TATARSTAN Oil &Gas PETROCHEMICALSMARKET
Oil and gasproduction, oil processing and plastics production make the major share of the Tatarstaneconomy. Tatarstan produces 32 mln tons of oil annually. This is 51,9% of thetotal volume of output, 86% of profit and about 28 % of employees. Oil andplastic products are essential part of foreign trade ensuring up to 91 % of thetotal volume of the Republic`s export.
The Republic`soil, gas and petrochemicals cluster (OGP cluster) includes over 1 300 enterprises engaged in oil and gasproduction, petrochemistry, plastics and rubbers production.
OAO Tatneft,TAIF-NK PSC, OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim, Kazan-Orgsintez OJSC provide 95,6% ofsales. Being recognized, thus, as budget-forming and urban constructingcompanies of Tatarstan. These companies are the biggest suppliers of Russia andEurope by certain kinds of products.
The oil sector is represented by OAO Tatneft group ofcompanies and 34 independent operators.
OAO Tatneft is oneof the largest vertically integrated oil companies in the Russian Federation,dealing with oil production and processing, petrochemistry, supplies of oilproducts and petrochemicals; bank and insurance services.
All types of motorfuel (aviation kerosene, automobilepetroleum, diesel fuel), important sorts of raw materials for petrochemicalindustry are produced in the Republic. The main player of the OGP cluster isTAIF-NK PSC. Oil processing and petrochemical plants are being built inNizhnekamsk city (OAO TANEKO), which is going to be the biggest member ofRussian and Tatarstan markets for oil products.
Tatarstan chemistry and petrochemistry are in highpositions in the Russian and world markets. 53% of domestiс polystyrene, 43%of polyethylene, 34% of polypropylene, over 30% of synthetic rubbers and tires,12% of cleaning products are produced in Tatarstan.
In addition to the above mentioned biggest companies,the Republic`s chemical and petrochemical industry is represented by such dynamicallydeveloping companies as Nefis CosmeticsGroup, ZAO KVART, NizhnekamskIndustrial Carbon Plant OJSC,Karpov Chemical Plant JSC, OAO Kazan Synthetic Rubber Plant and others, as wellas by small and middle-size business enterprises.
In 2010 theGovernment of the Republic approved the third 5-year long program ondevelopment of the Republic`s OGP cluster. The total amount makes 465 blnrubles with 421 bln as an investment part. Expected is, that investments intomajor capital of small- and medium-size enterprises in the framework of theprogram will amount to 40 bln rubles. The program is being implemented in twosteps: stabilization and recovery stage for 2010-2011 and development stage for2012-2014.
The Republic`s chemistry and petrochemistry will keepimproving raw materials processing and implementing innovative solutions. In2012 OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim launched production of ABS-plastics, KazanSynthetic Rubber Plant started with production of silicone monomers andpolymers.
The program abovedoes not include construction of ethylene plant at Nizhnekamskneftekhim withannual capacity of 1 mln tons and doubling of TANEKO oil processing plantsoutput. Those projects have been planned to be implemented within the period of2015-2016.
In order todevelop electrical industry, proposed is to realize a project on production ofcompound materials for cables sector. Planned is launch of production of newpolymers and compound materials as well as polymer automotive componentsfollowing development strategy of OJSC KAMAZ and OAO Sollers. In regards ofagriculture, planned is production of 
mineral fertilizers, for instance. The program isexpected to increase industrial output in the OGP cluster by 44%. Share ofinnovative goods will grow by 13%. Industry`s profit is supposed to amount to730 bln rubles per year by 2014 with 300 bln of the added value.
Tatarstan should turn into a hub for supplyingconceptually new and long-term oil processing products and petrochemicals,expand its advantages in “traditional” sectors of the OGP cluster (oilproduction, oil processing, chemicals, plastics and rubbers) as well asestablish institutional conditions and science and technical platforms,providing sustainable development of the cluster in question into an innovativehi-tech one.
This requires not onlyfinancial injections but cooperation between science and manufacture as well asguaranteed contracts.
