Cost Engineer/Estimator(Urgent)
Duration: 10 month
WORK LOCATION: Penglai
DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Perform cost related function based on Company procedure
2.Define the capital budget scope, basis and method.
3.Preparing the project Cost Breakdown System.
4.Establish and collection the necessary information to adequately monitor, control and trend the cost of project
5. Monitor and report the physical progress (work performed) consistent with the work breakdown structure and estimate
6.Perform the necessary cost evaluation, projection, and analysis required for proper cost control and reporting
7.Update and report the status of cost to date, estimated cost to complete, comparison to target estimates, cash and expenditure forecasts, contingency and escalation evaluations, and reports of major changes
8. Assist other departments by solving problems related with cost function during project execution.
9. Perform other duties assigned by the project controls department manager and/or line manager.
MAJOR JOB QUALIFICATIONS (SKILLS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED):
1.University Degree of related major.
2.+ 2years of working experiences in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Coal-chemical and other industrial projects.
3. +10 years experience in estimation of multi-discipline construction projects in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Coal-chemical and other industrial projects.
4. Familiar with domestic and international cost estimate Codes and standards, quota book, regulations, and the implementation.
5. Familiar with cost control and foreign company experience.
6. High responsibility, good teamwork spirit.
7. Good in written and spoken English, good intercommunication skill.
