招聘混凝土施工高级监督（珠海）
JOB TITLE: Concrete Superintendent混凝土施工高级监督
DEPARTMENT: Modularisation
LOCATION: Pre Cast Concrete Yard
REPORTS TO: Construction Superintendent
CONDITION: local (must speak Mandarin)
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY
Demonstrate high level of commitment to Environment, Health and Safety (EHS).
Contribute significantly to team safety by applying safe work practices, effectively supervising and being proactive in the elimination of injuries in the workplace.
Reporting to Construction Superintendent
Responsible for construction at the pre-cast concrete yard for the EK project, and replace Construction Superintendent when on R&R..
Provide progress information and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for incorporation into project reports.

Construction works for the Pre-Assembly, Pre Cast Concrete
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
Site Construction
Planning and scheduling: ensure that the contractor understands and is working in accordance with project priorities.
Ensure materials delivery, free issue and that which the contractor may need to order are well managed to meet the requirements of pre cast contractor/project schedule. Confirm any materials that the contractor may need to purchase which will incur additional cost.
Ensure Engineering deliverables meet the pre cast yard requirements and are in accordance with the project’s schedule.
Provide advice concerning engineering aspects of the construction works and design. Assist in resolving any discrepancies, ambiguities and resolution of engineering drawing interpretation.
Review and ensure drawing register is current and maintained.
Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken.
Witness of all site inspections and coordinate all site inspections with the site contractors.
Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes, standards and tolerances.
Ensure accurate survey. Survey information must be consistent with the module yard and NC site.
Review work procedures and method statements, inspection and test plans (ITP’s) for compliance with good work practices
Review non-conformance reports (NCR’s) and undertake remedial action.
Review and ensure all quality control documentation is complied and completed for as-built handover.
RELATIONSHIPS
Interface, communication
Ensure that good communication is maintained with all parties, PCC Yard Team, HO Team, Engineering, site contractors, module yard etc.
Liaise as appropriate with HO Engineers and provide assistance when requested.
Shipping & Logistics: be involved where necessary in coordination and communication aspects.
DIMENSIONS
Demonstrate high level of commitment to safety.
Trade Qualification minimum.
Able to read and understand engineering drawings.
Good technical knowledge and communication skills.
Experience in construction/mining/oil&gas industry, relevant concrete experience working in the field.
Self motivated, enthusiastic, adaptable, to ongoing changes within the workplace.
Demonstrate ability to work autonomously and systematically.
Experience 10 years…..(practical, mainly field experience)
Preferred to have Precast yard experience but not mandatory
Must speak good English and Fluent Mandarin
