Responsibilities:

1.      Overall accountability for business development of the Chinese market. The Pre Sales and Business Development project manager will be responsible for the following activities:

‐      Developing the market strategy and establishing a sales plan.

‐      Developing and managing the execution of the marketing and business development programs (e.g. sales channels, collaborations, partnerships, M&A and any other relevant infrastructure) to achieve objectives for raising market awareness, revenue, and profitability

‐      Researching and identifying potential Chinese customers that may find an interest in Whitewater's value added products and services.

‐      Participating in industry conferences, exhibitions and other events, generating speaking opportunities and presenting our solutions.

‐      Being involved in all aspects of the sales cycle starting from lead generation, technical presale to contract negotiation.

2.      Proven technical understanding either from the academic study or formal vocational training would be the critical success factor.

3.      He/She should be able to work indepen-dent under minimum supervision and guidelines but would be able to communicate well both internal and external with stakeholders and authorities/customers respec-tively.

 Requirements:

 1.      5 to 8 years sales and business development working experience, 3 of which should be in water industry in China

2.      The position requires an individual with a deep knowledge of the water industry and strong sales and technical related background.

3.      Strong interpersonal relationship and organizational skills, proven organizational skills, collaborative approach.

4.      Bi-lingual in English and Chinese, and willing to travel frequently in China.
