Fill Fluid：填充油 excitation source ：励磁电源 laser trim board：激光修理板 o-rings：O形密封圈 level system：×××级系统 lead： 引线,铅,超前,导线 temperature coeffcient of ZRRO/SPAN：温度系数 bridge impedance:桥接阻抗 insulation resistance：绝缘电阻
