Primary responsibility is creating proposals and estimates for industrial contracting work.  This function includes monitoring costs working with Sales and Project department to ensure that project proposals meet all business goals, including volume and margin targets. Other responsibilities include assisting project managers as required in management and execution of specific project related tasks and acting in a Project Management role as required on selected E/P and E/P/C projects. Responsible for profitability of individual E/P and E/P/C projects, by ensuring that appropriate cost and schedule controls, and engineering materials management, and construction execution over site are put into place.

-          Work closely with the Sales team and create proposals that help the company meet its financial goals.

-          Maintains timely communications and harmonious relationships between internal disciplines so that proposal details, planned execution strategies and/or design revisions can be coordinated to minimize cost.

-          Make report of proposal cost analysis

-          Establishes Customer relationships at appropriate level and manages his/her expectations relative to scope price and schedule. Captures scope change and effectively communicates this to the sales team or customer in a timely manner.

-          Manage E/P or E/P/C projects as assigned.

Education

-          Bachelor’s Degree or above in Electrical or equivalent fields

Experience

-          at least 10 – 15 years with experience in estimating, scheduling and project management

Skill

-          Language: Excellent command of spoken and written English for communication and business report. Speak German can be a plus

-          Computer: can use wide variety of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Access)

-          Engineering Certificate is a plus
