招聘条件（要求）：
The engineer must have the following skills：
- Automation testing tools/scripts
- UNIX/Linux Administration
- Windows system administration
- Testing process, testing skill and experience
- Good written and speech communication skill in English
- At least 1 year in testing domain and half an year in test automation
Highly expected skills:
- QTP/TD and/or WinRunner and/or SilkTest
- Software Internationalization(I18N)
- C/C++ or Tcl/Tk development experience
