Our client is an international company that specialises in automation control solutions. It designs, manufactures and sells control systems components which play a key role in the harmonious operation of specialist control system equipment used in industrial machines or in the service sector: automotive, railways, aeronautics, medical equipment, office equipment, household equipment, etc…
The company has a 2020 people strong team with 12 subsidiaries, 9 factories, 2100 distribution points in the world and 2 out of 3 products are exported. The company's turnover totals over € 200 millions and around 50% of it comes from customised products or sub-assemblies.

In China, the company has been operating for years in Hong Kong and decided in 2004 to move its North Asia Headquarter to Shanghai from where it can service its clients in the Greater China area and Korea.
JOB DESCRIPTION AND SKILL MIX REQUIRED
The Position: Sales Product Engineer (上海,北京,青岛）
Reporting Relationships:
- Internal: Reporting to the Managing Director
Key Objective:
· Market and sell company’s product range
Typical Responsibilities Include:
- Identify market opportunities
- Bring technical solution to customer
- Expand the business through selling & marketing initiatives
- Make customer calls
- Meet/exceed sales target
- Collect & analysis market information
- Communicate with distributors, OEM customers and oversea design & technical department
Qualifications:
- A few years experience with multinational company, proven good sales track records with experience in electro-mechanics industry.
- Major in industry automation/Technical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering (Control & Automation)
- Knowledge in Micro-switch, Micro-motor, pneumatic control product and automation control and safety product will be an advantage.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Able and willing to travel

JOB DESCRIPTION AND SKILL MIX REQUIRED
The Position: Support Engineer （东莞）
Reporting Relationships:
Internal: Reporting to the Technical Director
Key Objective:
Undertake all presales and post-sales technical services to our clients.
Typical Responsibilities Include:
• Studies technical manuals and brochures to determine equipment needs or systems enhancements.
• Prepares cost estimate for equipment and installation and submits data to management for authorization.
• Orders equipment, prepares installation specifications, and monitors progress of installation to ensure facilities are ready on specified date.
• Maintains up-to-date records of required materials, equipment inventory, spares, and floor plans.
• Identifies areas of operation which need upgraded equipment and performs upgrades as needed.
• Undertakes required installation and repairs at client's premises.
• Visits vendors to learn about available products, enhancements, and services.
• Serves as technical trouble shooter to clients after sale is closed and while products is being tested and installed. May also accompany sales staff during service visits.
• Drafts or proposes changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services which would result in cost
reduction or improvement in operations.
• Provides technical training to employees of client.
• Communicate with distributors, OEM customers and oversea design & technical department
Qualifications:
• Couple of years experience with multinational company, proven good support service track records with experience in the electro-mechanics, automation industry.
• Major in industry automation/Technical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering (Control & Automation).
• Knowledge in Micro-switch, Micro-motor, pneumatic control product and automation control and safety product will be an advantage.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Able and willing to travel in Asia-Pacific.
