公司有一台电振给料机，是用两台一模一样的电机通过万向轮加甩块振动给料的，前几天，检查发现两个电机转速明显不同，感觉是机械问题，因为两台电机一模一样，主回路和二次回路也相同，将两台电机线在接触器下面进行对调，问题依旧，怀疑机械问题，检查机械也没有找见问题，于是检查电机线路，发现接线盒内部有一相电机引线磨破了三分之一，导致电机电流不均衡，所以速度明显降低，算是学了一招，
