Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst within our Global Professional Services organization based as part of the operation in Beijing/Shanghai, China. Major responsibility is to understand and apply the business process information in the downstream and distribution supply chain process.
Responsibilities
· Leading role communicating Client’s Core Business Processes to Aspen counterparts
· Development of Business scenarios for testing
· Assist in developing a training program
· Leadership role in Use Case Development
· Assist to finalize reporting requirements
· Determine testing approach (phases, scenario, test data creation)
· Review development prototyping
· Document approach to implement business process changes
· Active Involvement in Production Roll-out
Qualifications
· Minimum 3-5 years of business/systems analysis with significant familiarity of business processes related to inventory distribution and inventory accounting;
· Strong leadership, presentation written and communication skills.
· Fluent in English and Chinese.
· Prefer candidates with previous experience in petroleum supply and distribution experience.
· Willingness to travel (domestic and international).
